In her professional path Stefania held top-management roles of Enterprise Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility and Reputational Crisis Management in Italian and Multinational Companies.
After Burson-Marsteller, a WWP group global consultancy firm, she was Communication Director of Viacom/MTV Networks Group, and after that was appointed Director of internal and external commmunication at Sole24Ore group. After an year experience in New York, she was Corporate Communication Director at Coca Cola HBC and in 2005 founded the Communication Agency, Nascent Communications, which she managed for 6 years.
Before Altagamma, she had the role of Communication, Digital and Talent Management Director in Discovery Network.
